The Core Real Estate Group team completed a corporate planning day, setting the course for another amazing year ahead.

Among team building exercises, we also discussed:

• Vision: Where are we going
• Our Mission/purpose : Identifying the customers we serve
• Strategic Priorities: What do we need to focus on to achieve our Vision
• Action planning for the strategic priorities
