Leading Project Management
Core’s property managers have comprehensive project management training and experience for all levels of projects ranging from $25-million fire restorations to cosmetic interior design changes, with an average of $5-million in projects completed annually.
The Core team will liaise with owners, board members, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are properly inspected and managed on a day-to-day basis. Identifying the work needed and engaging the proper engineering expertise to develop the scope of work and take the work to tender.
Once the project is approved and awarded, Core will continue to work with engineers and contractors to manage the project and to ensure timely completion. Ongoing supervision and updates to all stakeholders ensure that the project is completed smoothly, on time, and on budget.
We have the resources and knowledge to assist Boards and Owners in determining the best method of approaching, financing, and implementing any capital improvement projects. We work closely with engineers and contractors in all disciplines of the construction industry.
We also work with each Board or Owner to develop a preventative maintenance schedule specifically for your building and equipment. Our approved contractors are available at all times to quickly and efficiently handle emergencies.
