Don Brown, Managing Partner

Don has 35 years of business and entrepreneurial experience. Don’s ventures include the founding and sale of an international trucking company and a remote fly-in sportsman’s lodge. With over10 years of property management experience working with both, residential and commercial condominiums and a strong background in construction, Don is able to provide guidance and knowledge with capital cost projects to all of our clients. He has managed individual capital cost project in excess of $10 million and has extensive knowledge of the Condominium Act, Residential Tenancy Act, and Bylaw interpretation and review.
